On November 1, 2021 we introduced a new fee schedule for all new clinic members joining Advanced Vitality. As of January 1, 2022, these new fees are now applicable to all Clinic Members.

RMT Ladie is RETURNING!
We are so excited to announce RMT Ladie will be returning from her Maternity Leave to Advanced Vitality starting February 1, 2022!
Ladie's hours are as follows:
Mondays from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Tuesdays from 8:00am to 11:00am
She will be offering 30-minute and 45-minute massages at this time
We can't wait to have her back in the clinic!
A Fond Farewell to RMT Kelly
As many of you are aware, our Amazing RMT Kelly will be leaving Advanced Vitality at the end of this month to spend more time with her family.
Kelly has been working at Advanced Vitality since we opened in 2014! She joined our team (before it was even a team) as an Athletic Therapist and has since increased her certifications and qualifications to include Kinesiologist, Registered Massage Therapist and Prenatal Massage Therapist. She has been our go-to provider for our clinic members preparing and recovering from knee, hip and shoulder surgeries as well as our high level athletes recovering from injuries and getting back to their sports! We have been so lucky to have such a talented provider on our team to take care of our community (and often us!). It is with so much pride and love that we thank Kelly for all of her time with us and wish her all the best for her next chapter of life! It's never Good-Bye, its simply See Ya Later!
Dear Clinic Members,
It is with sadness that I will be leaving Advanced Vitality at the end of January. Fortunately, AV has many talented practitioners who are more than happy to assist you on your wellness journey. Specifically, RMT Ladie Ramos is wonderful and would love to continue your care plan.
I have tremendously enjoyed my time at AV and I will miss seeing you all around the clinic! I wish everyone a happy and healthy year ahead!
