These muscles get tight from our modern lifestyle postures and are aggravating factors for people with neck pain, headaches and upper back pain. Instructions:
1. Sit or stand comfortably and interlace your fingers in front of your body.
2. Gently tuck your chin and push your arms forward
3. Round your back and hold this position for 20-30 seconds repeat 3-5x/day
