Remembrance Day
Thursday, November 11th
Join us on Thursday, November 11th at 11:00am as we take a moment of silence to honour and remember the men and women who have served, and continue to serve Canada.
On Friday October 29th to Thursday, November 11, tens of millions of Canadians wear a Poppy as a visual pledge to honour Canada’s Veterans and remember those who sacrificed for the freedoms we enjoy today. While the Poppy is distributed freely to all who wish to wear one, the Legion gratefully accepts donations to the Poppy Fund.
Canadians can visit www.MyPoppy.ca and download their Digital Poppy to complement the traditional lapel poppy that's synonymous with honouring the service and sacrifice of our Veterans.
All funds raised through MyPoppy.ca are directed to the Legion National Foundation, which supports initiatives that further Veterans’ health and wellness, connect youth and children to the contributions of Veterans, and provide students with scholarships and bursaries to pursue their education.

Soup Season is Here!
Did you know that soups tend to have a higher satiating effect? As the weather starts to cool off, we recommend an
Ideal Protein soup as one of your daily IP packets to help you feel full longer.
Here are some ways you can get creative in the kitchen with IP soups:
Incorporate vegetables either whole, steamed, or pureed.
Use the soup mix as a sauce or seasoning to whole proteins.
Add 'Daily Optionals' such as a serving of IP Konjac Spaghetti to bulk up those soups or crush and sprinkle Garlic Parmesan Croutons to add a nice crunch.
And for gluten-free options, try our Tomato Basil, French Onion, Broccoli Cheese Soup Mixes.

Hi! I’m Maria, your new CHA at Advanced Vitality. Some of you know me as the Ideal Protein Coach and I’m excited to start my new role as a CHA. I love meeting all of our CM's and look forward to getting to know you better. I am a mom of 2 and have a passion for nutrition, health and chiropractic care. I am excited to do more on the Advanced Vitality team and hope to make your experience at the clinic the best one possible. Can't wait to see you at your next appointment!

Meet Clinic Member Montana!
Montana has been a Clinic Member with us since 2017! Her kind smile and positive attitude always brightens our day! Originally referred by her father, and promoting the benefits of chiropractic care to her partner, Montana makes chiropractic a family affair.
Montana seeks regular chiropractic care for her overall physical and mental health. She feels her body stay "in place". Since attending Advanced Vitality, Montana has experienced less anxiety and more confidence at work and in her day to day.

Saturday, October 16th was World Spine Day. Throughout the week of October 12-16th, Clinic Members had the chance to enter a draw to win a $50 Amazon Gift Card by telling us why they love chiropractic, submitting an online review or participating in our social media movement challenges. Miss Eloise filled out a special heart letting us know exactly why she loves coming to the Chiropractor!
Pumpkin Carving Contest
Throughout October, we invited our Clinic Members tag Advanced Vitality in their Halloween Pumpkin Carving photos on social media to be entered into a draw to win a $50 Restaurant Gift Card!

The AV team even got into the spirit by carving a couple of our own (that quickly went mouldy inside. TIP: keep them outside!)
Halloween Colouring Contest

As of November 1, 2021 we are introducing a new fee structure for all new clinic members joining Advanced Vitality. See below for our new fees.
